    Hi, I think you’re very pretty and all the tips you gave are exactly the same as top nutritionists would say as are the exercise tips. Top doctors will tell people it is better to be healthy and FIT rather than unhealthy and underweight. This is my husbands log on and before all the people out there start having a whinge I am 5″2 and 108 pounds and maintain this only through alot of hard work and was not always this weight, the journey was a long and hard one.     Yes, they are. It is bad to eat them a lot. It is HIGH in sodium (which is bad) It’s good to eat them if you’re in sports or highly active but other than that, don’t expect to lose weight eating instant noodles
