BUTTERNUT SQUASH FRIES RECIPE

Preheat Oven to 425 F
Line 1-2 Baking Sheets w/Foil

1 Butternut Squash (1-2 Lbs)
2 Tsp Olive Oil
Salt to Taste (1/2 Tsp to 1 Tsp)

**Directions**
1. Cut squash in half
2. Remove seeds and goop with a spoon
3. Cut into smaller pieces
4. Peel off outer skin with a knife
5. Cut into LARGE PIECES! (1/4” thick at least)
6. Toss with oil and salt
7. Bake for 20 minutes
8. FLIP the fries
9. Bake 15 minutes
10. Let cook and EAT right away :)
Calories depend on the weight of the squash. 1 pound of squash is ~450g = ~180 calories. Add in the 90 calories for the oil and it’s total about ***270 calories*** - less if you burn some :D
