Weightloss Journey: Weight Watchers Week 1

Sorry that I say “umm” alot, this is actually my first video to upload onto youtube. Please be nice to me, i know that i am overweight, but thats why i am going to weight watchers. Only positive comments please.

I use to play soccer and be a runner and im trying to get back to that. I am running a 5k in september, so im training to run and finish it.

This is my first weight watchers video and i hope to update every week. Please excuse the way i look, i had just got finished working out.

I started going to weight watchers january 17, 2008. In april i fell off the wagon, but am now going back! Follow me through my journey…hope to post an update weekly and talk about what my meeting was about!

    i did try it on my own once, but i didnt stick with it because the meetings (well i feel like) keep me accountable and motivated=) I think its a great program and it is do-able to do stuff on your own, but for me, i have to go to meetings..lol.

    I am on week 5 of WW and so far have lost 7.5 pounds. You can do this. Way to go on getting exercise today.

    A life time member is someone who makes their weight loss goal with weight watchers. After you become a life time member you do not have to pay for meetings anymore because you reached your goal. Your goal is usually set by your height whenever you first join. Hope this answers your question!! =)
